男性も美容にかける時間を費やす傾向が増えており、今の時代は男性も美容に関して敏感になってきていると言えます。

また、女性は男性に対して清潔感を求めているためメンズ美容はとても大事です！

美容意識をもって欲しい5か所を解説します。

 

顔に保湿を与えて清潔感を出そう

女性はいつも顔を化粧水や保湿クリームで整えて、肌をいつもツヤツヤにしていますよね。

しかし男性は肌がカッサカサで、なんの保湿も与えてない人が多いのです。

そこで何をしたらいいのかというと、男性も肌に保湿を与えつやつやの状態にしましょう。

まずはしっかり洗顔をするようにしましょう。

見た目は顔から入る女性もいるので、顔はしっかり清潔感のある肌にしておくことで、女性の第一印象は良くなります！

なので洗顔から取り掛かります。

あなたは、いつもどういう顔の洗い方をしていますか？

石鹸でゴシゴシを力を入れて洗ったり、顔の隅々まで洗えてなかったりしていませんか？

それでは十分に汚れを落とせていないし、ゴシゴシと洗ったら肌が傷んでしまいます。

肌が傷んでしまうのは美容に関しては致命傷です。

しっかりと石鹸を手で泡立てます。

石鹸ではなくてもちゃんとした洗顔フォームを使っている人もいると思うので、どちらにしてもしっかりと泡立ててください。

十分に泡だったなと思ったら、激しくせずに優しく顔を泡で包み込んで泡で顔を洗うようにしましょう。

手をそのまま肌につけてしまっては肌にダメージがかかってしまいます。

中には泡だけつけているようでゴシゴシしないと汚れが落ちた気がしないと言って、かなり強めにこすってしまう方が沢山います。

しかし、泡が汚れを包み込んでくれるため、こすらなくても泡が勝手に汚れを取ってくれるんです。

とにかく、顔をゴシゴシこすってはいけません。

せっかく肌を綺麗に保ちたいのに台無しになってしまいます。

次はしっかりとぬるま湯ですすいであげてください。

この時もあまり強く顔は触らないようにしましょう。

しっかり隅々まで洗い流さないと、もし洗い残しがあった場合は肌を痛めつけてしまう原因になりかねません。

それに肌の弱い方でしたらかぶれたりもする危険性があるのです。

また、温度が高すぎたり低すぎたりすると顔が乾燥してしまう原因になるので体温と同じくらいのぬるま湯が一番いいでしょう。

次は化粧水でお肌の乾燥を防ぎましょう。

化粧水を塗るタイミングとして、顔を洗った直後がお勧めです。

顔を洗って時間が経ってしまうと肌がカチカチに乾燥してしまって化粧水を吸収しにくくなってしまいます。

ですので顔を洗った直後でまだ肌が潤っているタイミングで化粧水を塗るように心がけましょう。

どういう化粧水が良いのかは、あなたの肌質によって変わってきます。

乾燥肌の方向けの化粧水や、オイリー肌の方向けの化粧水など、さまざまなタイプの化粧水があるので、自分の肌はどういう肌なのかを判断して選ぶようにしましょう。

オイリー肌の人でも化粧水で保湿するということはとても大切です。

自分は顔が潤っているから大丈夫だと思ってしまいがちですが、水分が足りていない場合があります。

水分を十分にあげることで肌がより一層良い状態になるのです。

そして次に乳液を塗って、水分が蒸発してしまわないように閉じ込めてあげましょう。

乳液で蓋をしてあげることによって、化粧水の効果がより一層表れると思います。

でも、中には何個も使い分けないといけないから大変です。

めんどくさくなっていずれはやめてしまいそうと思う方も多いでしょう。

そんな時にお勧めなのが、オールインワンジェルです。

どういうものかというと、化粧水、乳液、美容液、などが全て一本にまとまったアイテムで、めんどくさがり屋さんや、つける順番を忘れてしまいそうな方、時間がない方にはかなり重宝する美容アイテムです。

全てがまとまったジェルって、なんてすばらしいのでしょうか。

化粧水や乳液で一本一本使い分けるタイプにも、全てがまとまったオールインワンジェルにもメリットやデメリットはあるので、自分が使いやすいタイプを選んでみてください。

肌が弱い方が化粧水や乳液を使ってかぶれたりする場合があるので、そうなったら続ける必要はありませんが、物によってはかぶれが全く出ずに使えるものもあるはずです。

清潔感のある髪

次は髪の毛についての美容をご紹介したいと思います。

髪の毛も男の人は清潔感のある方が断然いいですよね。

女の人はいつも髪の毛のお手入れが大変で、かなり時間がかかってしまうものです。

しかし、男の人は女の人に比べて髪の毛は短いので、その分お手入れも楽だと思うので、是非挑戦してみてほしいです。

まずは髪の毛の洗い方からご紹介します。

いつもシャンプーするときはどういう手順で洗っていますか？

髪を濡らしてないままシャンプーをつけていませんか？

実は少し髪の毛を濡らした状態が好ましいです。

そうすることによって髪の毛についていたゴミやほこり、ワックスなんかをサッと洗い流しておくことができます。

その分シャンプーの泡立ちが良くなるということです。

次はシャンプーを髪の毛につけて行きますが、シャンプーを手に取りそのまま髪の毛につけるのではなく、こちらも洗顔料と同様に手で少し泡立ててからつけるようにしてください。

そのままつけてしまうと頭皮へのダメージも少なからずありますから。

そしてシャンプーをつけて洗っていきますが、洗い方としては頭皮をマッサージするように洗いましょう。

あくまでもシャンプーは頭皮の汚れを落とすためのものなので、髪の毛よりも頭皮を中心に洗っていきます。

男性は髪の毛が短いのでシャンプーを出す量にも気を付けてください。

シャンプーを購入したときに適量が記載されているかと思うので、そちらを参考にしてくださいね。

そして洗い流していきます。

その時に注意したいのがすすぎ残しです。

特に耳の後ろは洗い残しが多く、もし洗い残してしまうと頭皮や髪の毛を傷めてしまいます。

しっかりと丁寧に時間をかけて洗いましょう！

洗った髪の毛はしっかりとタイルで水分を取り、ドライヤーで乾かすようにしてください。

髪の毛のかなり短い男性の場合はドライヤーで乾かさなくてもすぐに乾くかもしれませんが、タオルだけではすぐ乾かない場合はドライヤーで乾かしてあげると髪の毛も傷まずに済みます。

普段から時間をかけずに洗っている方は、最初は時間がかかりすぎてめんどくさいと思うかもしれませんが、髪の毛を綺麗に清潔に保つためには必要なことなのです。

慣れるまでが大変かもしれませんが、頑張って挑戦するようにしてみてください！

 

剃り残しのない髭剃り

男性にとっては日常的に手入れをしている髭剃りについてです。

髭が伸びすぎるとあまり清潔感がある印象とは言えないので、剃り残しないように気を付けましょう。

まずはしっかり髭剃り用のクリームを塗って剃ってくださいね。

その時に手鏡や、自分の顔が間近で見える鏡を使って剃る人は少ないかと思います。

しかし、それは剃り残しにつながる場合があるので、できれば手鏡などで間近で見ながら剃るようにすることをお勧めします。

結構男性に剃り残しがある人がいるんです。

せっかく剃ったのに剃り残しがあってはかっこ悪いですよね。

また、髭は顎だけでなく、もみあげの辺りまでや首の辺りまで来ている場合が多いので、首やもみあげ付近もよくチェックしておきましょう。

 

清潔感のあるヘアスタイル

あなたは普段どんなヘアスタイルで過ごしているでしょうか。

髪の毛が短すぎる場合はヘアセットをすることもないとは思いますが、髪の毛が少し長くて動きが出せる場合は少しヘアスタイルにも意識したいところですよね。

特にワックスなどを使っているヘアスタイルの場合は、ワックスのつけすぎに要注意です。

たまにかなりワックスでベタベタになっている髪の毛をしている人を見かけますが、あれはちょっとカッコ悪いどころか、逆に清潔感がなくなってしまいます。

清潔感を出すためにワックスを使って髪の毛をまとめているのに、逆効果になってしまったら意味がないですよね。

ワックスでギトギトにならないように、少しだけ手に取って髪の毛になじませるようにしてください。

少しのワックスで髪の毛がまとまることは結構あるんですよ！

今まで大量に手に取ってワックスをつけていた人は要注意です。

指先でちょっとだけワックスを取ってつけるところから始めてみてください。

意外と「これだけの量で髪の毛がまとまるんだ！」という結果になることは多いのです。

無駄にワックスを使いすぎていると思う方は、是非少ない量から挑戦してみてください。

ギトギトの髪の毛だったら、

神楽
「絶対に触れたくない」

と思われてしまうので、ワックスのベタ塗りは避けましょう。

周りの人に不快感を与えない量が最適ですよ！

 

舌ケアで口臭対策

次に舌のケアについてです。

あなたは歯磨きだけでなく、舌もきちんとお手入れしているでしょうか？

舌には食べ物の汚れなどが付着しやすくなっています。

口臭ケアとしてもとても大切なので、舌のケアは欠かせません。

しかし、歯ブラシでゴシゴシと磨いてしまうのはよくありません。

舌ブラシを使ったり、綿棒などで優しくふき取ってあげましょう。

歯磨きはちゃんとしているのに口臭が気になっているという方は、もしかしたら舌に汚れがたまっているからかもしれませんよ！
