まず、爪の切り方ですが、深爪にならないようにゆっくりと自然なカーブを描くようにカットしていきます。

気づいたら爪が伸びていたというのを防ぐために、一週間のうちのこの日に爪を切ると決めておくといいと思います。

意外と爪って伸びるのが速いので。

爪を切るときに爪が硬くて切りにくいという場合は、お風呂上りに爪を切ると爪が柔らかくなっているのでとても切りやすいですよ！

爪のお手入れが完璧でも、肝心の手が不潔だったら意味がありませんよね。

なので、手も清潔にお手入れしましょう。

具体的には、ハンドクリームで保湿してあげてください。

爪の横の皮がむけていたりする場合があるので、爪の横にもしっかりクリームを塗りこんでいきましょう。

女性は男性の手をしっかり見ています。

女性の中には手フェチの人もいるほど男性の手って気づかないうちに見られています。
